№ 01 · The Recognition

Does this sound
familiar?

You’ve woken up recently to the fact that this isn’t the life you planned.

Maybe it happened gradually. Or maybe it crashed down all at once. But somewhere along the way, in the midst of doing everything "right"—being the good wife, the devoted mother, the reliable daughter, the perfect professional—you lost yourself.

And when you wake up to that, it can hurt. It can be scary. And confusing.

  • You've worked so hard to keep everyone happy. And somehow, you're the one who disappeared.
  • You look around at your life and wonder how you got here, maybe in a marriage that feels like a cage, or newly free but carrying years of heaviness.
  • You've tried therapy. You've read the books. You've done the work. But the baggage still weighs you down.
  • You're going through menopause, watching your kids leave, caring for aging parents, or facing a career crossroads—and you're exhausted. Physically and mentally.
  • You thought you had to stay broken. That healing would take years. That maybe you’d never really be free.

But something in you knows there has to be another, easier way.

№ 02 · The Epiphany

Your mind is built to renew itself every single day.

Every moment. You are 100% well. Not despite your struggles, but because you are innately designed to heal, to transform, to become whole again.

№ 03 · The Check-in

How fast is your thinking moving right now?

When you know the mind's default mode, it becomes easy to see why transformation happens fast. Scale of 1 (Still) to 10 (Whiteout).

It's noisy. But underneath the storm, the house was always there. The water clears on its own.

The Guides

Meet Tandy.

Innate Wellness Specialist, BS in Clinical Psychology, and former nurse and medic in the US Army

In May of 2010, I got the call that every daughter dreads. My mother had passed away. I was on active duty in the Army. I called my then-husband and told him. He asked if I wanted him to come down to Fort Carson. I said absolutely! When the day ended, I called to tell him I was done. He asked, "Do you still want me to come down?"

That was the moment I woke up to the kind of marriage I was in. My mother had just died, and my husband was asking if I still needed him. He never came.

Before she died, my mom had warned me: "Keep your eyes wide open. This is exactly how your father was before he started getting physically abusive." She was right. He was controlling, an addict, and very emotionally and verbally abusive.

From the outside, it looked like I'd lost everything. I left with a beat-up Suzuki Samurai that barely ran and the clothes on my back. But I had won my freedom.

Through regression therapy and deep mentorship, I realized I didn't have to stay the person I'd been. I chose victor over victim. Then, one warm August day, I discovered the principles of innate wellness. For the first time, I could look back at my story without feeling the weight of it. I'd finally learned to forgive, let go, and leave the past where it belongs.

I have lived proof that you don't need years to transform. You need the right understanding at the right time. And that is innate wellness.

Meet Karla.

Licensed Counselor · Masters in Psychology

Life was pretty good in my twenties. I was working as a forensic interviewer—a job I loved, interviewing children caught in the middle of custody battles, abuse cases, and traumatic situations. It took me several years to see what was really happening in my own home. My husband was an angry, alcoholic, controlling man. But I kept thinking: I just need to be a better wife.

I was a people-pleaser. The irony? I excelled everywhere except in my relationship with him. The marriage was emotionally abusive. Financially abusive. And my teenage daughters were watching it all fall apart. I realized I was teaching them to silence their voice and their mind.

I tried everything. Marriage counseling. Support groups. Nothing worked. Then came the night everything changed. An argument escalated. I walked upstairs and found my daughters curled up on their bed, in full panic attacks. My heart broke.

We huddled in that bedroom, something against the door. For a split second, I heard it clearly: Go. Leave. Do not stay.

When we finally got into a hotel room, we all just looked at each other… and then we smiled. For the first time in years, we felt free.

I've spent years doing traditional therapy with clients. But I noticed something: the clients who transformed quickly weren't the ones dwelling in their past. They were the ones who understood they could start fresh, right now. I discovered this myself when I found the principles of innate wellness. How the mind renews and heals itself, automatically.

№ 05 · Frequently Asked Questions

Curiosity over analysis.

You don't need to have this all sorted out to begin. Here are the answers to the questions we hear most often at the kitchen table.

How is this different from traditional coaching or therapy?

Traditional models often look at you as someone who is broken and needs fixing. They ask you to dig back into past trauma, analyze your triggers, and memorize complex behavior scripts or coping mechanisms.

The 3P MICDROP Method works in the opposite direction. We point you upstream to show you exactly how your mind creates experience in real-time. When you see how the system is built, your thinking naturally clears on its own—no exercises or willpower required.

I've felt stuck for years. Can an inside-out shift really happen quickly?

Yes, because transformation doesn’t happen incrementally; it happens in an instant of insight.

You might spend years trying to solve a puzzle in the dark, but the moment the lights turn on, the puzzle is instantly clear. When you realize that your stuck feelings aren't coming from your marriage or your past, but from thought in the present moment, the weight drops immediately.

What if I sign up and realize my mind won't slow down?

That is completely normal. Most women wake up "already behind" with their minds racing at 200mph. You don't have to force your thoughts to slow down—trying to "make" yourself calm is like shaking the snow globe even harder.

Our practice is about learning to step back, recognize the speed, and gently "drop the rope." The mind is innately self-healing; when you stop interfering, it settles back to clear water automatically.

Do I need to be in a specific life transition to join a retreat or cohort?

No. We work with women navigating divorces, empty nests, menopause, career shifts, or simply a quiet, lingering feeling of "I don't know who I am anymore."

While the circumstances look different on the outside, the underlying system is identical: you are a perfect, flawless diamond temporarily covered by a storm of busy thinking. Any woman ready to meet her authentic self is welcome.
